Do I need an existing Stripe account?
You can connect a Stripe account you already use or create a new one when you set up InstaPayments.
Do I need to write any code?
No. Use the Checkout Creator to set up a form. Each checkout has a unique link you can put behind a button on your website or share in an email.
What kinds of payments can I accept?
Create checkouts for one-time payments, subscriptions, and donations. You can also collect a card to save for future use.
What can my customers do in the portal?
Customers can update their payment methods, manage subscriptions, download or pay invoices, and update their shipping addresses. The branded customer portal is included in the Growth plan.
Is there a transaction fee?
Yes. All three plans have a 0.5% processing fee on all transactions, in addition to the listed monthly plan price.
